1. Agreement

By using English in 100 Days at englishlearner.store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

English in 100 Days is a web-based spoken English learning program for Indian learners. It includes daily lessons, speaking practice, Hindi-to-English support, scenarios, games, and optional certificates. Content is for educational purposes.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New users receive a 3-day free trial with full feature access.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription of ₹299 per month (prices may change with notice).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The charged amount is fixed at checkout.
• Subscriptions are monthly unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

4. Refunds

Because digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure, contact mml.products26@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to hack or scrape content at scale, share account access for commercial resale, or use the app for unlawful purposes. School licenses are subject to separate bulk agreements.

6. Intellectual property

All lessons, text, design, and software are owned by MarketMind Labs. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own learning.

7. Disclaimer

We strive for accurate educational content but do not guarantee job placement, exam scores, or fluency within a specific timeframe. Learning outcomes depend on your practice and effort.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketMind Labs is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
